8 months post-op, I can finally do normal walks (with a walker, of course). I literally boasted to my doctor about my walking improvement.😁🤗 He was happy and decided NOT to do ankle surgeries. Mixed emotions!!! I am just like a baby starting to learn to walk again.

It was only when I was 26 that I started accepting myself -- my physical self. I was so nice to others but I loved to self-sabotage. This body mirror was my enemy. 🫣😅

Now, I realized how petty I was to myself. It took me so long to appreciate how this body was curved so artistically and uniquely. So before I decided to undergo an ilizarov procedure, I made sure that I accepted and loved myself enough to be ready for my full transformation -- to be a cyborg 🤣.
