There are interesting, heartbreaking, and most especially breakthroughs that led us towards where we are right now.

It's been amazing. Balik tayo sa kung ano ang nasimulan.

Sana okay lang kayo! Sana masarap ulam ninyo ngayon!

Grabe, I can't emphasize this hard enough. Hindi wants kundi NEED and SUNSCREEN sa pagiging matanda! Ngayon lang ako naging intentional na gumamit ng sunscreen pero it definitely is a must.

This week has been a huge week of disappointments, and frustrations in work and in life.

I don't want to pass on hate as energy, and while at a pause, I realized that Sunday School song, to always be thankful.

Oo nga, I tried to look around and saw things to be thankful for.

Salamat sa malunggay na nagpasarap sa munggo na ulam.
Sa malamig na tubig na nagpalamig ng mainit na ulo.

Sa oras kasama ang mga mahal sa buhay.
Sa pagkakataong ngumiti sa nakasalubong, kahit di naman kilala.

Biglang umaliwalas ng paligid, dahil lang naging "thankful."

Iba pala kapag narerecreate mo ang energy ng frustration, hate into something positive. It helps a lot in moving forward.

Aalalahanin ko ito, lagi. Maging mapagpasalamat sa anumang sitwasyon sa buhay.

Hindi madali magsimula sa buhay. Akala ko noon kapag may degree na ako lamang na ako sa buhay.

Hindi ako gets na kailangan pala ng diskarte, tapang at tamang mindset para magsurvive.

Para sa mga nagsisimula sa buhay, huwag matatakot sumugal, dumiskarte, matalo, matuto, magulangan, mareejct, mapahiya at magkamali.

Our early 20s should be our space to be smart about life.

Don't worry. Di ka nag-iisa. Kaya natin yan.

THANK YOU UNIVERSE FOR PASSIONATE SOULS

If there is a community who's actively changing the coffee culture and landscape in Cagayan Valley right now, this woman right here leads the way.

Her love for coffee brought her to bring a roaster in her cafe, actively looked for local farmers to supply her with local coffee beans, and worked her magic the other way around: from cafe to farm.

She is pioneering a dare that most coffee shop owners in our province won't dare to do: proper coffee education.

What separates Dale's from the rest is it's essence of serving you the best coffee they roasted in their own shop. She knows her craft, from Itogon to Mt Apo and as near as Angadanan (where we can find shade-grown robusta coffee).

So if you are a coffee shop owner in the valley and you are still getting coffee supply in the metro or up there cold (where they usually mislabel coffee beans) you are missing out on coffee quality.

She is a coffee expert, and a mompreneur who loves her family more than anything. And when you visit their shop, you will feel the warmth of home as you are greeted by their staff who also loves what they are doing. (That's the secret why they also have really good food!)

I'd like you to know, Angelica Versoza-Colobong or Ate Angie for many who's passion for coffee is changing the coffee drinking culture in Isabela and the Valley, one kilo of roasted coffee at a time.

And this man, Sir Dan has opened another universe of thought for me. In adulting, it is crucial to plan and take action; while we are at it we develop grit to pursue a dream.
