STREETFOOD SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS DRIVE(tech voc)
Ready-to-eat foods and beverages prepared and/or sold by vendors or hawkers especially in the streets and other similar places. They represent a significant part of urban food consumption for millions of low-and-middle-income consumers, in urban areas on a daily basis.
→Readiness: In general, street foods can be enjoyed as soon as they are purchased.
→How it is sold: Street food is typically sold by vendors operating a food truck, cart, or stand.
→Cost: Though prices can vary depending on your location, most street foods are relatively inexpensive.
