So at first, I was like, “Okay fine, I’ll do this jog-run-walk thing because we’ve got a major activity coming up this month, and our coordinator told us we should warm up at least two weeks before. But guess what? I kinda wanna keep doing it even after that activity cause it’s actually fun, kinda refreshing, and not as scary as I thought!

I was fully expecting my body to betray me or for something to start hurting, but OMG, I ended up feeling extra alive and full of energy! 😂

And please, let’s not even look at my pace and time. I’m literally a first timer here, and I don’t wanna get too cocky in case I never do this again hahaha!
