As bright as their freshly polished combat boots is their will to serve the institution.

Their uniforms, no matter how tidy, reflect their consistency and commitment to service—always for the people.

The strict aura they project during events can sometimes be misunderstood. Yet they never falter; they stand firm, following directives for our protection.

In the recently concluded PAUGNATAN 2024, these cadets have instilled discipline, built leadership skills, fostered bonds, and, most importantly, provided security.

May we, as a whole, offer a snappy salute to the men in uniform— the ROTC students of STCAST, for their unwavering dedication. Serving their fellow students in the scorching heat and unpredictable weather, they never fail.

No matter how soiled their freshly washed uniforms become or how muddy their combat boots get while carrying the essentials for successful events, they serve without complaint.

To the dedicated students in uniform who often go unrecognized, you selflessly extend a helping hand, embodying both leadership and service within our community. The uniforms you wear symbolize the qualities of the heroes we need in this generation.

To the ROTC Unit of STCAST, Maraming salamat at mabuhay kayong lahat!
