Bantilan Elementary School came alive with two exciting days of Palaro ng Lahi and Sports Games! From classic Filipino games to exciting sports competitions, our learners had the opportunity to step outside the four walls of the classroom, get active, interact with their classmates, and enjoy learning through play.

Because learning does not always happen inside the classroom. Sometimes, the best lessons are learned through running, playing, cooperating, competing, and building friendships. These activities also encourage our pupils to spend less time on screens and more time moving, playing, socializing, and enjoying meaningful experiences with others.

More than winning medals and points, the two-day activity taught our learners valuable lessons in teamwork, discipline, perseverance, respect, sportsmanship, and fair play. Every game, cheer, smile, and shared moment became part of an unforgettable learning experience.

At exactly 9:00 AM on September 3, 2026, Bantilan Elementary School participated in the Simultaneous Lockdown Drill, an important school safety activity designed to enhance the preparedness and awareness of learners, teaching personnel, and school staff during emergency situations.

The drill provided an opportunity for everyone to practice proper safety protocols, remain calm, and respond appropriately when faced with potential threats.
