ARKI ESQUISSE TIPS!
-Always put furniture on plans so that the viewer can visualize how the space works and if there are enough clearances. For example, you instead of projecting a dining chair inside a table, presume that somebody is already seated so that you’ll know if there is enough space to move around.
Furniture placement also gives you a sense of scale so meaning even if you are not familiar of minimum clearances, or the plan has no dimensions, it helps you understand if a certain area is already ideal and habitable.

Our Story

Maxine Loyola Naval is a freelance illustrator and arts/design teacher. She is a current architecture student in Polytechnic University of the Philippines- Manila. She mentors for poster making and art concepts, also teaches art to kids 3 years and above. She offers workshops by level of difficulty and skill which helps students to learn techniques and excel in visual arts. Painter. She makes conceptual artworks using acrylic paint and watercolor. Mixed Media Artist She creates mixed media artworks (Paint, Colored Pencil, Colored Marker, Oil Pastels, etc.)
