Too Little Time with God

Bible Text:
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

Reflection:
Our days are filled with responsibilities — work, family, school, ministry. Often, by the time we rest, we realize we’ve spent hours on everything else but only minutes with God. Yet those quiet moments with Him are what give strength to face the rest of the day.

When we spend too little time with God, our hearts grow weary, our patience runs short, and our joy fades. But when we pause to pray, read His Word, or simply sit in silence before Him, we are reminded that we are not alone. Time with God is not a luxury; it’s a necessity for a peaceful and purposeful life.

Thought to Ponder:
You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take time to be filled by the One who never runs dry.

Prayer:
Lord, forgive me for the times I rush through my days without You. Teach me to slow down and make You my first priority. Help me find peace in Your presence, no matter how busy life becomes. Amen.
