Famous influencer Mary Magdalene died after falling from the 9th-floor balcony of Patong Tower in Phuket, Thailand, on her first night staying at the condominium.
According to multiple news reports, Mary Magdalene, whose real name was Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, was a 33-year-old Mexican-Canadian social media personality and artist known for her extreme cosmetic surgeries and provocative content. She checked into Patong Tower for a one-night stay on the afternoon of December 9, 2025, and her body was found in the building's parking area shortly after 1:30 pm local time. Her sandals were found on the balcony of her room, suggesting she had stepped out before the fall. The police have launched an investigation into the circumstances of her death, and an autopsy is being conducted to determine the exact cause.
In the days before her death, Gongora had made several cryptic posts on social media, including sharing a scene from the movie "The Truman Show" with the quote "and in case I don’t see ya: good days, good afternoons and good nights" and changing one of her usernames to "mary magdalene dead". Her death has sparked an outpouring of shock and tributes from fans and fellow influencers on social media.

The 33 year old, whose real name was Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, was pronounced dead on Tuesday after checking in for just one night.
She was discovered by hotel staff in the parking area of the hotel after 1:30pm, according to Police Capt. Channarong Prakongkuea of Patong Police Station.
Local Thai media reports claim that her "sandals placed on the balcony of her room in a manner that suggested she had stepped out before falling" were discovered at the scene.
Her body was subsequently transported from Paton Hospital to Vachira Phuket Hospital for a post-mortem examination, with her family now having been notified.
Throughout the years, the influencer had undergone breast augmentation, a Brazilian bum lift and numerous other cosmetic surgeries to transform her appearance.
The Canadian-Mexican Mary had endured a troubled upbringing, turning to drugs from a young age after being raised within a strict religious household. She once confessed: "12, 13, were the wildest years of my life. I was doing lines of co***ne. I was going to school drunk, this and that, in grade seven and eight." 💔
