Due to the ongoing total power outage in Siquijor Province, our generator set has been running continuously for more than 24 hours. To ensure its reliability, we will conduct an emergency maintenance of our generator set at our hubsite in San Juan.

In compliance with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) directive, all network-related worksβ€”such as installations, repairs, and maintenanceβ€”are suspended from May 5 to May 14, 2025 due to the election period.

This ensures uninterrupted internet and telecommunications services during the National and Local Elections scheduled on May 12, 2025.

Our techinical team will be on stanby during this time for emergency repairs only. However, we must first seek approval from NTC and COMELEC before taking any action.
