Super proud of our team! 🥹👏🤍 Our Food Safety Training Certificates are finally here! 🎓 These certificates weren’t given just for attending the training. We had to take an exam, and only those who passed received their certificates. And yes, our team passed! 🥹👏

We know we still have a lot to learn and improve. We may not be able to implement everything perfectly overnight, but we promise to apply our learnings as much as we can and continue improving our practices along the way. Better habits. Better practices. A safer kitchen.

𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀,𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆! 🤍 We believe every meal should be prepared with the 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 That’s why our entire team recently underwent Food Safety Training with Food Safety & Hygiene Academy of the Philippines, equipping us with the knowledge and skills to continuously improve the way we serve our customers.

🍵🇯🇵 It’s been almost 2 weeks since we sold out of matcha. 😭 But our shipment is finally on its way from Japan and should arrive in just a little while! 🇯🇵✈️

Thank you for being patient with us. We promise, we’d rather be sold out than serve matcha that doesn’t meet our standards. 💚

Because here at Betsubara, we only serve authentic Japanese matcha. 💚

He tried our katsu during their visit to Solano. Now they’re back in the US, and according to his parents, they’ve taken him to different Japanese restaurants but he keeps saying no because it’s not Betsubara. 🥹🍛

Don’t worry, little buddy… we’ll be sending you some of our katsu sauce soon! ❤️🇵🇭🇺🇸
