2. Registration Form - provided by the committee
3. Name and color of your team - The team must decide what color of uniform they will wear until the end of the game.

Bago tabi ako bumaba sa saako posisyon bilang iyo KAPITAN, nan sa mga bag o na Elected officials, inhahabilin ko tbi saiyo an monitoring san saato on-going na TOURISM ROAD, karapatan ta tabi na imonitor ini para sa kalidad nan tibay san saato project, kay kita sini tabi an makinabang, aram ta intero na mao ini an saato PANGATUROGAN, na nangyayari na niyan, nan napapakinabangan ta na. Nasa mga picture man tabi an kopya san PROGRAM OF WORKS san Tourism Road na hali sa DPWH.

Saro lang tabi ini na mga MAJOR PROJECTS na results san pag pursigi me ni deponto kapitan JOEL, nan an amo mga COUNSILS: 2 na Brgy. Site, 2 na unit san WATER SYSTEM, 1 na IRRIGATION System Nan ini na Tourism Road. Sa gihapon hangad ko po an padagos na pag UNHAN san saato na kumunidad.
