NA-WRONG SEND SA GCASH/MAYA? BASAHIN MO ‘TO! ✨
Guys, kung mali napadalhan sa GCash or Maya, wag ka muna ma-panic.
Eto easy step-by-step guide para ma-report at baka ma-retrieve pa yung funds mo:
1️⃣ Screenshot Muna
📸 Kunin agad:
✅ Transaction receipt
✅ Date & time
✅ Name/number ng napadalhan mo
2️⃣ I-Report Muna sa GCash/Maya
✅ GCash: Help > Chat with Gigi > Send Money Concern > Wrong Send
✅ Maya: Help > Chat Support > Wrong Send
💬 Explain mo na “Nagkamali po ako ng send, paki-retrieve.”
⏳ Wait ka muna 1–2 weeks.
Kung waley pa rin, proceed na sa BSP.
PAANO I-REPORT SA BSP?
✅ OPTION 1: EMAIL
📩 [email protected]
Subject: Wrong Send GCash/Maya – Request for Assistance
Include sa email:
• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• GCash/Maya details mo
• Details ng wrong send (date, time, amount, recipient)
• Ticket # from GCash/Maya
• Short explain: “Na-wrong send po ako, nagreport na sa GCash/Maya pero wala pa resolution.”

✅ OPTION 2: BSP WEBSITE CHATBOT
🌐 Go to www.bsp.gov.ph
1️⃣ Click “Chat with BSP” (lower right)
2️⃣ Type “Wrong Send GCash/Maya”
3️⃣ Fill out form, attach screenshots if kaya
4️⃣ Wait for reply
✅ OPTION 3: FB Messenger Bot ng BSP
📱 Go to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Facebook
1️⃣ Click Message
2️⃣ Type “File Complaint”
3️⃣ Select Consumer Protection
4️⃣ Type “Wrong Send GCash/Maya”
5️⃣ Send details + screenshots
💡 TIPS PARA I-WAS WRONG SEND:
✅ Double-check name & number before send
✅ Use Send via QR kung kaya
✅ Huwag mag-send pag inaantok or sabay chismis 😅
✅ Bantayan notifications mo
