ICYMI | Hilary Sophie Angcla Paas of the SSC-R Tennis Team competed and claimed bronze in the mixed team event of the 2025 NongHyup Bank Incheon Korea Cup International Soft Tennis Tournament in Incheon, South Korea from June 16 to 23, 2025.

Paas, together with her partner Adjuthor Moralde II, also finished fifth overall, the highest-ranking Filipino players at the Sunchang Open Soft Tennis Tournament in South Korea from June 14 to July 1, 2025.

“Masaya po hanggang ngayon, grabe ’di rin po ako makapaniwala na until now na ‘yun po yung nakuha namin… mix emotion po talaga kasi it’s my first time na i-represent yung Pilipinas sa ibang bansa and ‘di lang din po sa dala ko yung bansa natin, dala ko rin po yung school natin,” Paas said.

JUST IN: The Office of the President has released two institutional memoranda announcing new campus-wide policies set to be implemented beginning July 15, 2025:

- Office Access Policy
Only individuals with official school-related business will be allowed entry into faculty, staff, and administrative offices. This policy aims to address issues related to confidentiality, space management and professional boundaries within work areas.

- No V**e Policy
The possession and use of vapes and electronic ci******es will be strictly prohibited within the SSC-R Manila campus. The policy addresses increasing concerns about the health risks, behavioral effects and legal implications associated with va**ng.

The memos also outline specific guidelines, consenquences for violations and emphasize the importance of community support in implementation.
