Nakatakdang mag-abre ang lokal nga panggamhanan sa Davao og 500 ka slots alang sa scholarship, karong tuiga.

Sa pahayag nga gipagawas sa LGU, gibutyag ni Milio Domingo Jr., technical assistant sa Educational Benefit System Unit (EBSU), gidugangan og 300 ang mga ihap sa mga scholars ug dunay gibana-banaang 200 nga mu-graduate.

Magpatuman usab og bag-ong category system ang buhatan, diin ang Category A, makadawat og ₱25,000 matag semester nga stipend; ang Category B makadawat og ₱20,000 nga scholarship ug ang Category C - ₱7,500 nga tabang pinansiyal.

Ilawom sa Category A, kinahanglan ang aplikante dunay general average nga dili muubos sa 93; sa category B dunay average nga 90-92 ug sa Category C, 80-89.

Gi-abisohan na ang mga interesadong aplikante nga andamon ang mga requirements, sama sa proof of grades, Certificate of Indigency, Certificate of Eligibility, Bureau of Internal Revenue Income Tax Return kung dunay trabaho ang mga ginikanan, Certificate of Tax Exemption kung wala, ug Certificate of Residency nga gi-isyu sa barangay.

Nakatakdang i-anunsyo sa LGU ang pag-abre sa aplikasyon sa bulan sa Abril.

Ang Davao City, nagahanyag og Scholarship on Tertiary Education Program alang sa mga mag-kolehiyo ug Medical and Law Education Assistance Program alang sa mga mag-eskwela og medisina ug abogasya.

Magsugod ang byahe sa Davao to Cebu route sa January 13, 2025. Adunay kini schedule nga 1x weekly every Mondays sa 2:00 PM.

Gawas niini, mamahimo napud nga 2x weekly ang byahe sa Manila to Davao route and vice versa every Sundays sa 3:30 PM, ug Fridays sa 11:30 PM.

A futuristic looking Durian inspired museum ay nagbukas na para sa publiko. The 5 storey museum festures artifacts from different parts of Mindanao. NMP building was supposed to open in August this year in time for Kadayawan but was moved to Decemvber to ensure its full operations.
