SELF-CHECK-IN: A POWERFUL ACT OF SELF-LOVE 💛

When was the last time you paused... and truly checked in with yourself?

✨ How am I feeling today—mentally, emotionally, physically?
✨ What do I need right now that I might be neglecting?
✨ Am I being kind to myself the way I am to others?

Self-love isn’t always bubble baths or time off (although those help!).
Sometimes, it's saying "no" to protect your energy.
It's choosing rest over guilt.
It's celebrating small wins—especially the invisible ones.

🔄 A regular self-check-in helps you stay aligned, grounded, and more intentional—not just for yourself, but also for the people you work with and lead.

📌 Here’s a simple reminder:

Taking care of yourself is not selfish. It’s how you show up stronger for everything and everyone else.

So today, give yourself permission to pause and ask:

“What do I need today?”
Then listen—and honor the answer. 💬
