When was the last time you paused... and truly checked in with yourself?
✨ How am I feeling today—mentally, emotionally, physically?
✨ What do I need right now that I might be neglecting?
✨ Am I being kind to myself the way I am to others?
Self-love isn’t always bubble baths or time off (although those help!).
Sometimes, it's saying "no" to protect your energy.
It's choosing rest over guilt.
It's celebrating small wins—especially the invisible ones.
