The Habagat comes in waves. ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

One moment, the rain is rushing in from the ocean, pouring across the farmland. Then, just as quickly, it eases off and the water begins rushing back out through the land.

In phases, the ocean feeds the fields, the creeks rise, the farmland becomes saturated and then the water finds its way home again.

This is the rhythm of the southwest monsoon in the Philippines: ocean to land, land back to sea. ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒพ

When the Habagat arrives, the land begins to change.
Creeks swell beyond their banks and become rivers.
Rice fields disappear beneath a shimmering blanket of water, becoming lakes beneath the monsoon sky. ๐ŸŒง๏ธ๐ŸŒพ๐ŸŒŠ

And while the rains may bring hardship to some, there are others who welcome the abundance.
The kalabaw, the Philippine water buffalo, simply settles into the water, cool and unbothered, as though this temporary lake was made just for him. ๐Ÿƒ

This is the rhythm of the Philippine countryside.
The rain falls.
The creeks awaken.
The fields become lakes.
And the kalabaw remembers what abundance feels like.

The Habagat can be fierce, but it is also life-giving... filling the waterways, feeding the soil, and transforming the landscape beneath the endless rain. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

LIWLIWA IS BEING SWALLOWED ๐ŸŒŠ

After days of relentless Habagat rain, we headed toward Liwliwa Beach to see the conditions along the coast firsthand.

The ocean was absolutely relentless.

Then, on the way back through Liwa, the streets were already flooded and the rain was still coming down.

Mother Nature is powerful.

Beautifulโ€ฆ but unforgiving.

The ocean gives us beauty, but it demands our respect.

RED WARNING AFTERMATH! ๐ŸŒŠ How High Is the Creek This Morning? | Habagat Update

Good morning, everybody. Itโ€™s about 9:00 this morning, and weโ€™re checking the creek after last nightโ€™s Red Warning and some seriously heavy Habagat weather. We could hear the wind pounding the roof, and there was a tremendous amount of rain coming down. So letโ€™s head down and see how high the creek is this morningโ€”and whether itโ€™s made it over the bridge.

๐ŸŒŠ THE CREEK IS SPREADING WIDER!

Another creek update from here in Zambales.

The enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to dump torrential rain across the area, and the creek is responding. This time, it's not just rising โ€” the water is spreading much wider across the surrounding area.

We're keeping a close eye on conditions and documenting what we're seeing as the rain continues.

๐ŸŒง๏ธ Stay alert, stay safe, and keep watching those waterways if you're in an area experiencing heavy rainfall.

๐ŸŒง๏ธ๐ŸŒŠHABAGAT IS BRINGING THE RAIN โ€” AND THE CREEK KEEPS RISING!

Another water-level update from Zambales as the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to bring heavy rain across parts of the Philippines.
The creek is even higher than our previous update, with a strong flow moving through the area. After days of wet weather, we're keeping a close eye on the creek, surrounding farmland, and drainage conditions.
This is real-time rainy season situational awareness from rural Zambales showing what these prolonged Habagat rains actually look like on the ground. ๐ŸŒง๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Don't try to hide from the truth you decide.

The truth you experience isn't forced upon you..it's filtered through the beliefs you choose to hold. If a belief no longer serves you, denying it won't free you from it. It will simply continue to shape your reality from the background.

Life constantly reflects your state of being. Every challenge, every relationship, every emotion acts like a mirror, revealing what you are choosing to believe about yourself and the world. The reflection isn't punishing you; it's giving you information.

When you stop resisting what life is showing you, you regain your power. You can thank the reflection for revealing an outdated belief, let it go, and consciously choose one that aligns with who you prefer to be.

Your reality changes not because the world changes first, but because you do. Change the belief, change your state, and the reflection naturally follows.
