"Don't run faster as you're able to, you might miss the greater things."
-Starry-Nette✨

When everything doesn't always seem to go your ways.
When you felt like you just failed to do what he asked of you to do in your own time, and you felt exhausted and disappointed.

A little reminder:
God isn't rushing you to accomplish what he asked of you. As you walk with him, in patience, care, and love that was made perfect, you'll see line upon line, precept upon precept. (The Lord's way of teaching) You are more of becoming like him and just like his work, no unhallowed hand can stop what the lord had stored for you, for you we're the center of his work!!

You are not delayed, you are becoming in the process, and in his perfect time, that will always be enough.

"Be still and know that i am God"

After work, I often experience this long line of people patiently waiting—well, some of them—for a jeep to arrive. When the jeep finally comes, everyone starts moving. Some move at a faster pace, eager to go home, while others move more slowly, probably too tired to keep going.

It is the same in our preparation to meet and welcome Jesus Christ. Some people move much faster—they progress each day and grow so quickly that it feels like they are on the right track. Meanwhile, others seem to move slowly. Perhaps they feel tired, and trying to be better each day feels like a struggle. Their testimonies seem heavy to bear.

But as I wait, ponder, and look back on my experiences, I have learned that every time I feel stagnant, slowed, or exhausted, the Lord is teaching me patience. Everyone has their own pace, and we are not even on the same track.

We each have our own greater purpose. So when we feel stagnant, impatient, tired, or unsure if we are on the right path, we can be still and know that He is God. Because no matter how fast or slow we move, as long as we keep moving forward toward our covenant path, it will eventually lead us home.
