Rainy days can be a beautiful reminder to slow down, stay cozy, and be grateful—but for many, it brings cold nights, wet clothes, and hardship, and even lowest part of their life.

Today 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 12 2025, we had the opportunity to attend an eye-opening and deeply informative HIV seminar which is the “𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐇𝐈𝐕, 𝐍𝐨 𝐇𝐈𝐕” a program seminar that leaded by the youth organization called 𝑲𝑻𝒀𝑶 (𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧). We the sslg walking away with so much more than just knowledge—The sslg is leaving with awareness, empathy, and a renewed commitment to be part of the change. 💡

From understanding the science behind HIV to the powerful stories of those living with it, this seminar reminded me how important education and compassion are in the fight against stigma and misinformation. It's not just about treatment and prevention—it's about dignity, equity, and breaking down the silence that surrounds this issue. 🧠

We grateful for the speakers who shared their journeys and expertise. Their voices are a powerful reminder that HIV is not a moral issue—it’s a health issue, and one we can all play a role in addressing through awareness, testing, support, and advocacy. 💕

Here’s to spreading truth, not fear. Compassion, not judgment. And action, not silence, and to break the stigma. ❤️
