SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "MIRASOL" was estimated based on all available data at 145 km West Southwest of Calayan, Cagayan (19.0°N, 120.1°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 10 km/h. Meanwhile, at 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "NANDO" was estimated based on all available data at 1,225 km East of Southeastern Luzon (14.9°N, 134.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and the western section of Visayas.
