On behalf of OIC PENR Officer Nathaniel E. Racho, Chief Technical Services Division For. Geoffrey R. Padullon attended the Inaugural Mass of the Victoria-Inspired Provincial Tourism, Cultural, and Heritage Center at the Capitol Compound, Brgy. Cuarinta, San Jose, as part of the 81st Commemoration of the Battle of Surigao Strait. The mass held significance in honoring the courage and sacrifices made during the Battle of Surigao Strait, reinforcing the region’s historical and cultural heritage
