Mayor Pablo Yves L. Dumlao II continued to deliver his report on health services. He emphasized the further improvements of our health services establishing two Rural Health Unit Facilities or Super Health Centers funded by DOH, and providing 6 additional doctors in each health district allowing daily medical consultations, and a sufficient supply of medicines.

Mayor Dumlao, in his report, presented that last year for education, the City Government allotted a total of more than P74 million from the Special Education Fund (SEF) to support the education services in the city such as payment of honorarium and an additional honorarium granted as year-end benefits for the school board teachers, non-teaching staff and Child Development Workers.
