Kahit gaano ka-busy,
kahit gaano kahaba ang listahan ng gawain,
sandali lang ang kabataan nila.

Ibigay ang oras mo,
ang presensya mo,
at ang puso mo.

Dahil bawat halakhak,
bawat luha,
bawat yakap nila…
ay alaala na mananatili sa kanila habang buhay. ❤️

Parenthood changes you in ways no one ever warns you about.
You lose sleep, time, energy and sometimes even a piece of yourself.
But when you see your child smile, laugh, or call your name…
you remember exactly why you keep going.

It’s not easy being a parent.
There are days you feel unappreciated, days you cry in silence,
days you question if you’re even doing enough.
But love has a way of reminding you that your presence is already enough. ❤️

Your child doesn’t need a perfect parent.
They just need someone who stays,
someone who listens when they’re scared,
and someone who teaches them how to pray when life feels too heavy.

Teach them faith so they’ll never feel alone.
Teach them kindness so they’ll always choose love even in pain.
Teach them courage so they’ll face the world with hope in their hearts.

Because one day, they’ll grow up…
and the things they’ll remember won’t be the toys or the gifts,
but the warmth of your arms,
the sound of your voice when you said, “It’s okay, I’m here.” 🌙

You may not be perfect, but you are their safe place.
And that, that’s what truly matters. 🕊️❤️

Teach your child to pray…
because one day, you won’t always be there to fight their battles.
When life gets heavy, I want my child to run to God,
not to the world for validation,
but to faith for peace. 🕊

But also, teach them compassion
because strength isn’t just about surviving,
it’s about staying kind even when the world isn’t.

Faith will give them hope.
Love will give them purpose.
And you — their parent — will be their first glimpse of both. ❤️

So pray with them. Guide them. Listen to them.
Because one day, those prayers you taught…
will be the same ones that carry them through their darkest nights. 🌙

Be careful with your words they might be the reason someone finally gives up, or the reason someone holds on. 💔

Bisan pa maldita ta usahay, ibutang lang nato sa lugar.
We never really know unsay giagian sa tao sa likod sa ilang mga katawa.
Ang uban, nagkatawa lang para matabunan ang sakit.
Ang uban, nagpakalakas lang kay kapoy na ang kinabuhi. 😞

Usa lang ka pulong makapabuhi… pero pwede pud makabuak og kasingkasing.
So please, think before you speak.
Wala ta kabalo kung unsay epekto sa atong mga istorya sa uban.

Choose kindness even if it's hard, ug bisan dili deserving ang uban.
Kay sa panahon karon, lisod na kaayo mangita og tao nga may puso ug respeto. 🫶🏻

The world needs more people who speak with compassion, not with hate. 🌷

Malaki ang epekto ng kung kanino natin iniiwan ang mga anak natin. 💔

Yung nakikita, naririnig, at nararanasan nila araw-araw, yun ang bumubuo sa pagkatao nila.
Yun ang magiging ugali, asal, at puso nila paglaki.

Kaya kung kaya pa nating magtiis, magtipid, o mag-adjust, piliin nating tayo muna ang mag-alaga.
Dahil walang ibang makakapagbigay ng genuine love and care kundi ang isang nanay na totoo ang malasakit. 🫶🏻

Kung talagang kailangan na natin tumulong kay mister, piliin nating mabuti kung kanino natin ipagkakatiwala ang mga anak natin.
Hindi lahat ay marunong mag-alaga, marunong magmahal.
At hindi lahat ng nakangiti, mabuting impluwensya.

Ang mga bata, hindi lang kailangan ng gatas, diaper, at laruan, kailangan nila ng gabay, ng oras, ng pagmamahal, at ng kapayapaan sa loob ng bahay. 💖

Walang batang dapat makaranas ng trauma.
Yung childhood nila, hindi na natin maibabalik.
Kaya habang bata pa sila, punuin natin ng yakap, ng pagmamahal, at ng magagandang alaala. 🌷
