On July 14, 2025, Catholic Central School of Tabaco, Albay, Inc. (CCSTAI) held its annual Bible Enthronement inside the school grounds.

This act not only enlightens the importance of faith but also guides us that we, as Centralians, should always put God first as part of our day-to-day life.

We honor this moment as a time to reflect that our school year 2025-2026 is a year made possible by God's guidance and may we always remember that through Him, we are able to stand by our Christian beliefs and faith.

Kicking things off with a healthy dose of excitement, as CCSTAI serves up the perfect recipe to start Nutrition Month right! On July 8, 2025, Catholic Central School of Tabaco Albay, Inc. (CCSTAI) formally launched the celebration of Nutrition Month, spearheaded by the Homemakers Club under the moderation of Ma’am Mabel Caratao.

This launch marks the beginning of a month-long advocacy promoting proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall wellness among the Centralian community. After the flag ceremony, the club's members underscored the importance of health and wellness as not only habits, but as lifestyles. Through collaborative efforts and active participation, CCSTAI reaffirms its commitment to nurturing informed students who make healthy decisions and choices for themselves.

As Nutrition Month sets in motion, we are reminded that, as Centralians, we nourish not only the mind, but also the heart—with compassion, discipline, and a shared responsibility for our personal well-being and the health of our community.

| 𝐂𝐂𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋-𝐖𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On July 7, 2025, Catholic Central School of Tabaco, Albay, Inc. (CCSTAI) celebrated its first school-wide mass for the school year 2025-2026 at the St. John the Baptist Parish. The mass was celebrated by Rev. Msgr Ramon Tronqued, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Lourdes Fil-Chinese Personal Parish and was co-celebrated by Rev. Fr. Augusto O. Abril, School Director of CCSTAI as well as Rev. Fr. Mercurio Rivera, Rector of the St. Gregory the Great Seminary.

“The Holy Spirit is divine, equal to the Father and to the Son, but is not similar. It is water- it nourishes us and it enriches us. It helps us grow. It gives us light and understanding, and clarity on our choices. What is right and wrong, what is good and not good. [It helps us] to choose what is right, to choose what is good.” Rev. Fr. Tronqued highlights in his homily and adds that “[But above all], the holy spirit is love. The principle that urges us to change, to be the best, to be better.”

The mass was centered on the presence of the Holy Spirit in every individual's life and how it urges one to love and to be the best they can be.

Following the mass, the induction of the Student Coordinating Board officers as well as the Faculty Officers was held in light of the new leaders who are to take on new roles for the school year.

Additionally, a performance by Transfiguration Music Ministry singers, a community choir based in Nasugbu, Batangas was rendered to the entire CCSTAI community. They performed pieces that they are set to perform at the 2026 Bali International Choir Festival.

| 𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐁 𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

On June 25, 2025, Catholic Central School of Tabaco, Albay, Inc. (CCSTAI) held its first club organization for the school year 2025-2026. Each club had its own designated room and moderator to facilitate the anticipated club meeting.

The clubs aim to hone student's skills in various fields such as mathematics, science, language, as well as culture and other life skills. Additionally, each student is given two club options; one academic and one non-academic club.

In an interview with Saldang, the Student Affairs Coordinator, Ms. Lesiel Secillano, highlights the essence of the club organization, “It’s one of the most anticipated school activities and one of the best CCSTAI can offer because we allow students to go beyond their comfort zones. Additionally, it allows them to build and grow leadership and social skills.”

On June 19, 2025, Catholic Central School of Tabaco, Albay, Inc. (CCSTAI) conducted an earthquake drill in light of memorandum No. 184 s. 2025 from the Division Office of Tabaco City.

The earthquake drill, part of the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on the said date, was conducted to ensure that all schools, both private and public, within the division are prepared in times of calamity.

What a funky first day for our Centralians! Today, on the 18th of June 2025, our beloved students once again graced the halls of Catholic Central School of Tabaco, Albay, Inc. (CCSTAI) as the new school year starts off with the nostalgic bang our students know all too well. In addition to the different activities that each class has, the Student Coordinating Board (SCB) of CCSTAI has prepared activities that our Centralian family will surely enjoy — there are different booths where pupils can have fun, get to know each other, and even get prizes!

As the first day of school commences, the Centralians find joy in familiar faces and excitement in new ones. With warm smiles and minds ready to learn, we welcome you to another school year that will surely be one for the books. Let us all embody the three Centralian virtues — Ora, Labora, et Stude — in everything we say, write, and do. May we all remember to pray with gratitude, work with humility, and study with dedication. Once again — welcome back, Centralians!
