Mas makapal.

Mas mahaba.

Dalawang beses itutusok kada session, 3x a week.

Hindi lang ito sakit sa balat,

Sakit din sa puso.

Kasi habang buhay mo na itong dadalhin

Kung wala kang donor at transplant.

Ang tunay na sukatan ng tagumpay ay hindi lang kung gaano kalaki ang negosyo mo — kundi kung paano mo pinahalagahan ang mga taong tumulong sa’yo umabot d’yan.

Habang tumatagal ka sa negosyo, mas naiintindihan mo na hindi lahat tungkol sa profit.

May mga bagay na mas mahalaga.

Yung mga taong kasama mo mula umpisa.

Yung mga empleyadong dumaan sa init ng araw, traffic, overtime —
pero hindi sumuko, dahil naniniwala sila sa direksyon mo.

At pag dumating ang araw na kailangan na nilang magpaalam,
ang pinakamagandang regalo na maibibigay mo sa kanila ay security.

Hindi grand party.

Hindi bonus.

Kundi assurance na hindi sila mawawalan pag-alis nila.

Yun ang essence ng 5-Minute RPay Plan.

Ang retirement pay planning ay hindi gastos.

Isa itong paraan para protektahan ang pangalan at puso ng negosyo mo.

Sa totoo lang, madali lang i-ignore ang mga ganitong bagay.

Walang memo, walang reminder, walang deadline.

Pero darating yung araw na may tatayo sa harap mo —
isang empleyado na nagsilbi ng 20 taon, at tatanungin ka ng simple lang:

“Boss, ready na po ba yung retirement ko?”

At sa moment na ’yon, dalawang klase lang ng business owner ang meron:

Yung isa, natataranta.

Yung isa, kampante — dahil matagal na niyang pinaghanda.

Kung gusto mong mapabilang sa pangalawa,
hindi mo kailangan ng komplikadong proseso.

Kailangan mo lang ng 5-Minute RPay Plan —
isang simpleng gabay para makita mo kung magkano ang dapat i-prepare,

Kung minsan, marerealize mo lang kung gaano kahalaga ang empleyado mo…
kapag paalis na sila.

Naalala ko ’yung isang kliyente ko, si Anthony, may family-run printing business.

Twenty-five years na silang magkasama ng isang empleyado niya —
mula sa panahon ng lumang makina hanggang sa digital printers ngayon.

Tahimik lang daw lagi, hindi nagrereklamo, never nanghingi ng raise.

Pero isang araw, lumapit at nagpaalam.

"Boss, magreretire na po ako."

Sabi ni Anthony sa akin,
“Coach, doon ko lang naramdaman kung gaano kalaking parte ng negosyo ko yung taong ’yun. Hindi ko na nga alam kung paano ako magsisimula ulit.”

Ang mas mabigat?

Hindi pa pala siya financially prepared para sa retirement pay.

Kaya ang ginawa namin, minadali naming i-calculate gamit ang 5-Minute RPay Plan.

Kung iniisip mo na ‘Eh matagal pa naman ako magre-retire, bakit ko iisipin retirement ng empleyado ko?’ — yan ang mindset na pwedeng sumira sa magandang legacy.

Marami sa mga business owners ang ganito mag-isip.

Kasi nga busy sa operations, sa sales, sa expansion.

Pero ang totoo, habang abala ka sa pagbuo ng negosyo, tahimik ding tumatakbo ang oras ng mga tao mo.

Yung empleyado mong tinulungan kang magbukas ng unang branch,
yung accounting mo na laging OT pag tax season,
yung driver mong kasama mo sa lahat ng deliveries —
lahat sila may sariling timeline.

At pag dumating ang araw na kailangan na nilang magpaalam,
ang tanong: handa ka ba?

Hindi ito tungkol sa pera lang.

Tungkol ito sa respeto.

Kasi pag inuna mo ang retirement planning ng team mo,
ang sinasabi mo sa kanila ay —
“Hindi lang kita pinasahod, pinahalagahan din kita.”

Yan ang hindi kayang tapatan ng kahit anong bonus o incentive.

Kaya kung gusto mong mag-iwan ng magandang pangalan bilang employer,
huwag mong hintayin yung “mandatory.”

Simulan mo habang kaya mo pa — dahil yan ang tunay na leadership by example.

I was 19 when my father called me into his room.

He handed me his old leather wallet and said,

“Anak, time will come, you’ll earn more than me. But never forget — money is only powerful when it protects, not when it controls.”

I didn’t get it then.

But now that I’m a father too, I finally understand.

All he wanted was for me to build wealth with purpose.
