160 grams sourdough starter
15 grams sugar
50 grams eggs
100 ml cold water
120 ml full cream milk

🍪 Chocolate chip and Walnut - A mini version of levain bakery cookies. Crispy golden brown outside, soft inside, with crispy walnuts and chocolate chips for rich yet balanced flavor.

🍫 Chunky Chocolate – Packed with chocolate chips and chunks, finished with Maldon salt flakes for the perfect sweet-salty balance.

❤️ Red Velvet Oreo –Soft, not too sweet, with Oreo bits and cream cheese chips for a luscious twist.

🌾 Oatmeal Raisin – Buttery with crisp edges, a chewy center, and raisins that bring a comforting, natural sweetness.
