𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘆, 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗴, 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗡𝗛𝗦-𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝟭𝟬 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

This year's most anticipated Street Dance Competition exclusive for Grade 10 level was made successful with Lingganay lambasting 11 other sections using their unique Michael-Jackson-inspired dance routine.

Meanwhile, Pamilipig and Sanggutan clinched the second and third placements respectively.

Lingganay was also hailed Best in Choreography and Best in Costume. While Pamilipig was awarded Most Participative Group in the said competition.

This event was organized by the Grade 10 MAPEH teachers as one of the culminating requirements of the said subject area this Quarter 3.

𝗦𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗡𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲

To commemorate the celebration of the Black Nazarene, SNHS joined Tacloban City by gathering outside the main entrance and its sidewalk where the statue was patrolled around the city, passing by Sagkahan District yesterday morning, January 9.

Traslacion', or to transfer the image of the Black Nazarene, is the largest catholic procession in the Philippines.

The Traffic Operations, Management, Enforcement, and Control Office (Tomeco), alongside the school scouts, assisted the statue during the parade, this ensured the safety of both the statue and the students.

As students filled the sidewalk to devote their faith in the Nazareno, they threw their handkerchiefs at the statue to receive its blessings.

In an interview, the school principal, Ma’am Ma. Delia E. Soria, stated that we have to dedicate ourselves to building a stronger relationship with God to lead us through our learning years.

"We have to induce spirituality with our leaners, as Catholics ,we always believe that we are under the protection of our god all mighty," she stated.

Furthermore, the SSLG (Supreme Secondary Learner Government), took charge of making sure the students attended the celebration in an orderly manner.
