Yes, tama ang layunin ng rally noong September 21โ€”isang pagkakataon para mailabas ang hinaing ng mamamayan laban sa talamak na korapsyon. Pero ang masakit na katotohanan, kahit ilang EDSA rally pa ang gawin, walang tunay na pagbabago hanggaโ€™t nananatiling makapal ang mukha ng mga nasa puwesto.
