Through the years, our partners have had the privilege of serving as Chapter Presidents, and many of our architects have proudly taken part in its initiatives as active members and officers. The chapter has become, in many ways, a familial extension of our team—built on mutual support, shared purpose, and authentic camaraderie.

As UAP Metro Tacloban marks its 20th year, we celebrate and applaud its enduring impact on the profession and its members. Check out our BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS of a Condo Unit in Manila!

Flipping this 80's condominium for our good friends was all worth it. Like what our architect said, it takes sacrifice and dedication to finish it. Despite a lot of drawbacks which tried to hold us back, from logistics to complaining neighbors, we are finally done!

This is our version of a low maintenance unit, with dark and dim tones, simple and clean lines, as how our client deems it.

Big thanks to all our workers who went to Manila just to make this happen, to Ar. John Erick Cabidog Mercado, for his project management and leadership skills, and our OJTs Donna Mari Estor and Maxene Reyes for their valuable contribution. We truly thank our client for trusting us, and for genuinely being kind, generous, and understanding. Our work was made easy because of you. We especially thank the Almighty God for His grace and guidance all throughout the project.

This is our first time again since 2012 to work in Metro Manila, where our 1st projects back in 2007 began.
