FUN FACT:
This Arcteryx windbreaker I’m wearing was given to me 4 months ago here in Mt. Pulag by a Korean guy i became friends with.

We were drinking coffee in the homestay then, and me, as an enthusiast of Arcteryx Jacket, complimented the jacket my korean friend was wearing by saying ‘I really like your jacket, you have a good taste in choosing’. I’m a big fan of Arcteryx.

He then proceeded to take it off and handed it to me and said, ‘It’s your’s now’.

Ofcourse I tried to refuse.

But he insisted.
I even bothered to ask him for the last time if he was sure about his decision.
And again, he was consistent.
So i gladly accepted.

A few days later, i learned from someone that in korean culture, it is considered an appropriate response for them to give away a belonging or material that was paid with compliments by a friend.

So fast forward today, I’m back in Mt. Pulag,
looking for a korean with an Iphone17 pro max to be my friend.

Tara na sa Mt. Pulag! It’s almost Mt. Pulag season!! Book with !
