This page was originally created for Hidden Hills, our exclusive vacation rental (STR) in Luzviminda, Puerto Princesa, Palawan, managed by The Holiday Shop ~ Vacation Homes (our company). As a former OFW with

over 20 years in the travel & tourism industry, it was only natural to plan for a future back home. While working abroad, we began envisioning, sourcing, and eventually building what became Hidden Hills. Hidden Hills proudly became one of the pioneer listings on Airbnb. Our Journey:
Encouraged by its success, we expanded to a selection of properties in Palawan and Tagaytay. Each one validated our belief in the quality and marketability of carefully chosen homes. And the rest, as they say, is history. Today:
On a larger scale, we’ve rebranded as Homeowners Hub. Our mission is to feature and celebrate unique homes - not only our own, but also exceptional properties across the Philippines… and perhaps, one day, around the globe. If you’re a homeowner seeking inspiration, ideas, or guidance in managing and adding value to your property, follow us! Hidden Hills ~ A lovely vacation home owned by (Stratos & Nelli) a Greek-Filipino couple that has put the simple farming & fishing village of LUZVIMINDA, PUERTO PRINCESA, PALAWAN in the world map by hosting guests that came from all over the world. Just like the owners, guests have actually been so inspired that some have also acquired properties in the area; some settled in and some can't wait for their next vacation or retirement. The luckiest so far among our guests who fell in love with this property, is a British-Filipino couple to whom we awarded new ownership. Just like us, they fell in love with this very special place and converted it into their retirement home & a small resort in one. New amenities have since been added like a swimming pool plus activities for a fee & more simple accommodations. ORIGIN: Hidden Hills : Puerto Princesa - PALAWAN, Philippines A Dream VACATION HOME RENTAL owned & managed by The Holiday Shop.
