Last weekend, I watched a young boy walk off the soccer field after his team lost a big game. His face was red, not from crying, but from holding back tears. As he sat on the grass, his coach walked over, knelt beside him, and said, “You played your heart out. Losing doesn’t make you less — it just means you’re learning.”

His dad soon joined, not with criticism or false praise, but with a simple hug and the words, “I’m proud of how hard you tried.

That moment stayed with me.

Because the truth is, children will lose more often than they win — whether it’s in sports, school, friendships, or life. And what they need most in those moments is not to be rescued from the feeling of loss, but to be taught how to carry it with courage, reflect on it, and grow from it. 🌱

Let’s be real… ang sarap kumita.

Yung bawat sweldo, bawat commission, bawat closed deal — grabe ‘yung high, ‘di ba? Fulfilling. Empowering.

Pero eto ‘yung narealize ko…

It’s not about how much you earn.

It’s about how free you are from the things na humihila sa’yo pababa.

At isa sa pinakamabigat sa lahat?

UTANG.

You could be making six or even seven figures a month…
Pero kung sa bawat ring ng phone mo, napapahinto ka — kasi baka ’yun na naman ‘yung naniningil o ‘yung bank?

That’s not freedom.

You can look rich.
But if you don’t feel safe, secure, or in control on the inside — what’s the point?

That’s why now, I value something even more than income.

Peace of mind.
Yung tahimik na gabi.
Yung walang bigat sa dibdib.
Yung alam mong lahat ng meron ka — iyo talaga.
