IS 'QUARRY NI IVAN' A PRELUDE TO A WHITEWASH?

The new provincial administration's prioritizing on the investigation of the mystical Ivan and his dealings with equally unscrupulous quarry operators who wouldnt even divulge who he really is, rather than the collection of hundreds if not billion pesos of taxes and royalties unpaid from several years of their illicit operations is smelly. Nay, I say it stinks!
Dili ko motuo nga bogo jud atong pamunoan sa Bohol nga dili ka kita sa obvious: the bigger and deeper issue is the anomalous failure of 88 quarry operators in Bohol from paying their taxes and royalties. Gov. Yap was right and acted properly in suspending quarry operations in Bohol coz the yearly revenues collected was a measly 2 million only when it should have been in the hundreds of millions!
Make no mistake mga sanos ug sanas! Walay hinlo anang 88 quarry operators. Huna2a lang nga 33 ra nila ang na register ug 2 million ray nakuha nga bayad in a year!
Si Ivan nisulod nalang aron mahilot ang hiwi ug maplantsa ang laing palusot apan mahal ra kaau ug pangayo. Naay big time operator sa Baclayon gi hingian ug 80 milliones! Apan kay mas marunong man lagi ug tihik pa jud, nipasadas hangtud nahugno si Gov. Yap. Segunda ra ang issue ni Ivan sa balayronon sa mga quarry operators.
