Who would have thought that my first year as an ARD would bring me such a remarkable and life-shaping journey? I never imagined how deeply this role — being like a second mother in every review, cheering, guiding, and witnessing every struggle and breakthrough — would touch my heart.
The memories we created, the laughter we shared, the late-night reviews, the tears, the friendships, and the unique bond we built — all of these will forever remain with me. From my very first “Hi everyone, I will be your ARD — your Powerhouse family.” to this moment where I proudly say “Congratulations everyone, you are now Registered Nurses — and we even produced a Topnotcher!” 🥹✨
My heart is overflowing with pride. You did it — not just because you were smart, but because you were dedicated, brave, and unstoppable. To my first ever batch, thank you for trusting me, for allowing me to guide you, and for bringing honor to our journey together — with a 100% passing percentage from two schools. What a history. What a blessing. What a family. 🤍
So I will no longer say “Hello Future RN” or “Few days left, future nurses…” because today, I say it with joy and full conviction:
CONGRATULATIONS, RNs!
You are now officially professionals — ready for bigger dreams, wider horizons, and a future filled with purpose.
And now, as we step into a new chapter, I want you to know this — I’ll surely miss you. Not just as students, but as people who became part of my life, my growth, and my heart.
This is not goodbye — just see you around, wherever destiny leads us next. My first batch will always have a special place in my heart. 🫶🏻
We, your Powerhouse Family, are so proud of you. Continue shining, continue caring, continue serving with compassion as the amazing RNs you were meant to be.
Love,
Ma’am Chu💙
