ABOUT THE PRODUCTION:
Impayr Productions is a local music production company and collective of grassroot music artists and local bands, founded by Carlos Rey Garcia and Bryan Lomod on March of 2024. The production is dedicated to organizing music events and releasing Original Boholano Music in uplifting local talents and strengthen the island’s music & cultural community.
The idea for Impayr Productions was born when Bryan approached Carlos with a vision of creating a homegrown production house that would highlight original compositions and live performances.
Bryan Lomod, co-vocalist of the reggae bands SeedLakan & Ki-ki and Friends, respectively, is an accomplished singer-songwriter, a licensed professional teacher and a consistent finalist in Bohol’s premier songwriting competition, Himo'g Huni.
Carlos Rey Garcia, lead vocalist of the rising band Balay Ni Caloy —best known for their radio hit “Pusong Manhid”—is also a promising singer-songwriter, music producer, and BA Communication graduate with extensive experience in stage production & event organizing.
Before launching Impayr Productions, Garcia had already organized mini concert events such as the Balay Ni Caloy 4th Anniversary Concert and the “Duyog Sa Gugma” Album Launch, both held at Martin’s Music Restobar in Tagbilaran City,
Together, Carlos & Bryan decided to create the production as a hub for rising bands and budding new music artists.
Today, Impayr Production manages a growing roster of artists including Balay Ni Caloy, Angel Abellar, Christile Vae Tumarao, and Haidz Mae Mejares, among others.
The company has also partnered with TagbilaRock, a music radio program on 91.1 BalitaFM DYTR that exclusively promotes Original Boholano Music (OBM).
Together, they co-produce the live concert movement, Tagbi-LIVE'Rock which was launched on July 20, 2025 at the Tagbilaran Old Airport during the Sandugo Festival. Follow-up shows were staged on July 25 at both the Old Airport and Martin’s Music Restobar.
Looking ahead, Impayr Productions and TagbilaRock plan to expand Tagbi-Live-Rock into a Provincial Concert Tour, bringing live OPM-Bisaya music to all municipalities across Bohol.
The movement is spearheaded by Manny Rey Amoguis (Founder of TagbilaRock), Carlos Rey Garcia (Co-Founder & CEO of Impayr Productions), and Ms. Evangeline Bumaat (General Manager of 91.1 Balita FM/ DYTR - AM Ang Tingog sa Bohol ).
In addition, Impayr Productions is establishing a new division focused on Theatre and Musical Plays, led by Joseph Rey Nano, an experienced event organizer & Communication Arts Practitioner; as its project head and executive producer.
Impayr Productions is more than a company—it is a movement for Original Boholano Music, built by artists, for artists.
