-The general concept of this contest will be "Pagpupugay sa mga Likhang Kamay."

-Open to all Tagkawayanin ages between 15 and above.

- The artwork should be an original work that is executed by the participants.

-The category of the contest will be interpretational.

-The organizers shall provide all the necessary materials for the contest.

-The artwork should be given a title and a short description.

-The participants will surrender their artworks to the Tagkawayan Arts Guild and give them the authority to use it for exhibits, general publication, promotional use, and other purposes deemed necessary with proper and due acknowledgement and recognition of the artist.

-Announcement of winners will be on the opening programme of the 2ND KAWAY ARTS FAIR - February 4, 2025.

-Interested participants should officially register at the Municipal Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office or may contact Lorenze C. Dusto/09293650383 on or before January 28, 2025.

Second Place 3,000 Php
Third Place 2,000 Php
7 Consolation prizes 500 Php
