✅ Incoming Freshmen and Ongoing College Students (1st to 5th Year)
✅ Residents of the 2nd District of Ilocos Sur
❌ Not currently a recipient of any government scholarship

🗓 Application Period:
June 2 to June 20, 2025

📑 Requirements:

✅ Accomplished CEAP Form (attached to the email you will receive)

✅ SHS Report Card or Final Grades from Last Semester Attended

✅ Birth Certificate

✅ Certificate of Good Moral from school

✅ Certificate of Indigency & Residency (from Barangay)

✅ Application Letter addressed to Deputy Speaker Kristine Singson

ATTENTION FUTURE NURSES!

Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Main Campus is now OPEN FOR PRE-LISTING for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (1st Year) for School Year 2025–2026!

SELECTION PROCESS

1. PRE-LISTING
✅ Must pass the ISPSC College Admission Test (ICAT) with a high rating
✅ Must have a GWA of at least 88% in Senior High School (any strand)
* All interested students who wish to apply for the BS Nursing program may proceed with pre-listing even if they have not yet taken the ISPSC College Admission Test (ICAT). However, they must take and pass the ICAT with a high rating prior to the Qualifying Exam.

2. QUALIFYING EXAM (June 16, 2025)
✅ Take the 100-item Qualifying Exam
✅ Applicants must pass the Qualifying Exam before proceeding to the interview.

3. INTERVIEW
✅ Applicants who pass the Qualifying Exam
✅ Attend an interview with a parent, guardian, or benefactor

4. RANKING
✅ Top 80 applicants will be selected based on ranking
✅ Qualified applicants must secure a medical and dental certificate before enrollment
