👉 KABUUANG 32 YEARS NA PAGKAKULONG, MULTANG P20K at danyos perwisyo ang pwedeng ipapataw sa Security Agency na napatunayang lumabag sa Article 315 ng Revised Penal Code (Estafa) at Social Security Law (RA 8282)

☝️Estafa kapag kinaltasan ng Security ang sahod ng Secyrity Guard pero hindi ni-remit sa SSS, sa halip ibinulsa ito (misappropriation). Ito ay may parusang hanggang 20 years na pagkakulong plus c!vil damages.

☝️Paglabag sa Social Security Law (RA 8282) kapag hindi pinarehistro ng security agency ang kanyang security guard sa SSS (Social Security System) at gayun din ang hindi pagkaltas at pag-remit ng Security Agency ng guards' contribution sa SSS.

"Fine, ranging from Php 5,000.00 to Php 20,000.00, and/or imprisonment of 6 years and 1 day to 12 years, if the violation consists in failure or refusal to register employees, or to deduct contributions from the employees’ compensation and remit the same to the SSS."

👮 LAHAT PWEDE SA "7 DAYS SOLO PARENT LEAVE", basta isang empleyado at tumatayong magulang ng menor de edad or sa tao na 18 years old pataas na may kapansanan. Maaari lamang pumunta sa opisina ng Social and Welfare sa inyong bayan o siyudad para mag apply o magparhistro at kumpletuhin ang requirements para maisyuhan ng solo parent ID na kakailanganin para makapag avail ng 7 days paid solo parent leave. Ang sinumang security agency na hindi o ayaw sumunod sa solo parent law, ay pwede sampahan ng kaso sa NLRC.

Ito ay ayon sa Batas, Republic Act No.11861 (Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act) 👍👮
