Last 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Something Somewhere Consulting conducted a 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗬𝗧 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽, bringing together key users for a hands-on learning session designed to strengthen their understanding of Odoo and its role in improving daily business operations.

Throughout the session, participants explored essential business processes including 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀, 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿-𝘁𝗼-𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 — helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively use the system in their respective roles.

On September 7, we welcomed 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗟𝗮𝗼, our 𝗢𝗱𝗼𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 from 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴, during his visit to the Philippines, with one of his stops being a visit to our client, 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻.

It was a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange perspectives, and strengthen the relationship between the Odoo ecosystem, implementation partners, and the businesses we serve.

On August 24, Something Somewhere Consulting conducted a SIPOC Diagramming Workshop with Metal Exponents, Inc., helping the team strengthen their understanding of how business processes can be mapped through 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The session focused on building a clearer view of process ownership, handoffs, dependencies, and the information required at each stage of work 🤝🏻

Process mapping is an important part of digital transformation because better systems begin with better process understanding.
