Last March 27–28, 2026, Something Somewhere Consulting OPC celebrated our 2nd Company Outing and Team Building — from the beautiful shores of Lian, Batangas to the cool breeze of Tagaytay.

This year felt extra special because our team is growing! 💙 What started as a small group continues to grow into a team built on collaboration, trust, creativity, and shared goals.

From travel moments, photoshoots, boodle fight, workshops, activities, free time, and Sky Ranch fun, this outing reminded us that great work becomes even more meaningful when shared with great people.

Today’s 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 covers 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 + 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 operations as part of our client's Odoo implementation journey.

As we move further into implementation, this phase reflects the Ability stage of ADKAR Change Management—where users begin applying system knowledge in practical, role-based scenarios and building confidence in the new way of working.

Sessions like this are a vital part of successful Odoo implementation, helping strengthen user adoption, support change management, and translate learning into real operational readiness. 🤩🤝🏻

Last night, our team visited VoiceTeam in Mandaluyong City for an alignment meeting and meet and greet session. It was a meaningful opportunity to better understand their current work processes, identify operational gaps, and align on how we can support them moving forward.

As their partner, our role is to help assess their existing workflows, uncover areas for improvement, and guide them toward better process clarity, efficiency, and alignment. Through this collaboration, we aim to help VoiceTeam strengthen day-to-day operations, improve visibility across processes, and build a more effective way of working.

Two days at the 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗦𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼 gave us more than just the chance to showcase what we do.

It gave us the opportunity to connect with business owners, professionals, and decision-makers from different industries, and learn more about the real challenges they face in their day-to-day operations.

From conversations about process gaps and business growth to shared insights on digital transformation, this expo became a valuable space for connection, learning, and meaningful exchange.

Our final day at the 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗦𝗠𝗘 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼 was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and valuable insights from the business owners and professionals who visited us at 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝟯.
