✨ My 12-Week Internship Journey ✨

Twelve weeks ago, I started this internship feeling unsure of myself. I had no confidence in introducing myself as a Social Media Manager, and I often doubted if I was good enough. As a full-time mom returning to learning, balancing family, studies, and internship wasn't always easy.

There were days when I felt overwhelmed, struggled to create content, and questioned my abilities. But instead of giving up, I kept showing up, learning, practicing, and accepting feedback.

Throughout this internship, I developed valuable skills in content creation, branding, social media strategy, Canva design, copywriting, and positioning myself professionally. More importantly, I learned that growth doesn't happen overnight—it comes from consistency and the courage to keep going.

The biggest change in me is my confidence. I'm no longer afraid to share my work and introduce myself as an aspiring Social Media Manager. I now believe that every small step brings me closer to my goals.

What I'm most proud of is that I never gave up, even when things became difficult. I continued learning while being a mom and preparing for my journey back to college. That reminds me that it's never too late to start building the future you want.

As I move forward, I'll continue improving my skills, building my portfolio, and gaining experience while pursuing my BSIT degree. This internship may be ending, but my journey is just beginning.

Thank you to Coach Joanna, the mentors, and my fellow interns for all the lessons, encouragement, and support. Thank you for being part of my growth.

Everyone starts somewhere, and this is where my journey begins.

I'm Marry, an aspiring Social Media Manager who believes that great content builds meaningful connections.

My goal is to help entrepreneurs and small businesses show up confidently online through creative and intentional content.

Not every post needs to go viral. Every post just needs a purpose. ✨
Before hitting "Post," ask yourself:

✔️ Why am I posting this?
✔️ Who is this for?
✔️ What value am I giving?

When your content has a clear purpose, it becomes more meaningful and impactful.

I'm still learning every day, but I'm choosing to create with intention instead of posting just for the sake of posting. One step at a time, one lesson at a time. 🌱💻

Creating a content system is much easier than I expected.

Instead of spending hours thinking about what to post, I now have a simple structure that helps me stay organized and consistent. Having content categories and planned topics gives me a clear direction and makes content creation less overwhelming.

A content system doesn't have to be complicated. It can be as simple as deciding what type of content you'll create, who it's for, and when you'll post it. This small step can save time, reduce stress, and help you show up consistently online.
