Do you need to be “the best” before you can teach? The answer is no.. you just need to be a barber who cares, keeps learning, and is willing to share what you know.

Teaching isn’t about having every technique mastered or every trophy on the shelf. It’s about offering the lessons you’ve earned through your own journey.. the mistakes, the improvements, the breakthroughs. Sometimes those are more valuable than perfection.

In fact, many great educators started teaching before they felt ready. Growth happens as you teach, not only before it.
If you can help someone avoid the struggles you went through, guide them with patience, and inspire them to keep improving.. that already makes you a good teacher.

You don’t need to be the best. You just need to be willing to give back.

If your heart is in the right place, if you’re committed to growing, and if you genuinely want to help others… you’re already qualified to teach. The rest? You learn along the way.
