A secluded home 15 minutes from Baguio City center
Welcome to BeeHive Staycation Baguio , your haven in the heart of "The City of Pines", Baguio City, just 15 minutes away from the center. This charming property is suitable for anyone wanting a break from the heat of the lowlands and hustle of the city.
The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, entire home water purification system, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a high-speed 500mb fiber optic internet connection for those digital nomads or chronically online people.
The Space:
The living room is cozy and comfortable with a 4k Smart TV. You may login to your preferred streaming service with your own user credentials.
There is no dedicated workspace but you are permitted to move the patio table and chair inside the home upon request.
Each bedroom has a full-size bunkbed and a closet to store your clothes or any valuables. Our home is a pet-free non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so by the street in front of the main house.
There is no washer and/or dryer. You may use the back patio to manually wash and hang your clothes.
The bathroom is equipped with a hot shower. The toilet has bidet. Enjoy free shampoo, conditioner and body wash during your stay.
As most homes in Baguio, the property does not include an air-conditioning unit or heater. Both locals and visitors enjoy the mild and consistent year around temperatures. The home includes fans and warm blankets to keep your stay comfortable.
Enjoy the use of the entire private living space. You will also have a free dedicated street parking spot.

Security:
The property is located in a secured subdivision. At the entrance, you will find a guard shack that is manned 24/7. The subdivision is outfitted with street level CCTV. Whether a result of these truths or a product of Baguio's culture, our neighborhood is quiet and safe. With that being said, we do recommend each visitor be responsible and proactive in safeguarding your possessions while you are here.

- Sari-sari store and mini-marts around the neighborhood
- Jeepney line is a 5 to10 minute walk
- STEEP climb going in/out of the subdivision. If on foot, it may not be suitable for some seniors or people who have been inactive for a while.
