you just taught that child that rules depend on who’s watching.
You just disrespected a parent’s trust.
And you just made parenting harder for someone who’s trying their best to raise a disciplined child.

Respecting a parent’s “NO” isn’t about control.
It’s about helping them raise their child with consistency and boundaries.
Because raising a good child takes a village—
but only when that village respects the parents leading it.
