DESVIA After Dark is a concept for a chic cocktail bar and lounge to chill after a busy day at play. The aesthetic defines the venue as nouveau, sophisticated and opinionated. The drinks are very cosmopolitan in character which has a pastel appearance, fizzy texture, refreshing (to compliment the Manila humid weather) and at a standard rate of PHP100. Signature cocktails would be spiked with premi
um brands for the more sophisticated individual. Craft beers and the very urban San Mig Light or the New Pale Pilsen and Cerveza Negra would be available for men. To finish off the drinks list, a selection of French wines to dance with our food. To compliment the cocktail scene, the menu would be based on Raymond Blanc -inspired French dishes but given a cosmopolitan character rather than countryside. Plates are porcelain white and glass with elaborate garnishes for a chic definition of edible art.
