How to get there:
To get to Pantad Beach (also known as Pantad Tidal Pool & White Beach) in Manay, Davao Oriental (located in Barangay Santiago), here’s a clear and helpful travel guide:

🚗 By Private Car or Motorcycle
Before ka Ma abot sa Pusan Point, naay pa right na way subayon lang na ninyo hangtod naay pa left pababa na beach (estimated 1.5 km)..See Pictures for reference.

🚍 By Public Transport
Take a bus or van from Davao’s Ecoland Terminal bound to Mati City or towns beyond.

Ask the driver to drop you off at Manay town proper.

From there, hire a habal‑habal (local motorcycle) to Barangay Santiago—explain you're going to the Pantad tidal pool; locals know it.

Travel time from the town center to the beach is usually around 30 minutes, depending on road conditions.

📌Entry is free—just pay for any rented cottage or shade. Bring cash, water, and beach gear.

🏞️ What to Expect
✅️Scenic setting with clear blue waters, rocky tidal flats, a natural swimming pool and small hermit crabs.
✅️Relaxed atmosphere, shaded by coconut trees. Bring cash for refreshments like fresh coconut juice,fish (if available).


✨ Tips & Reminders
📌There are no big facilities or resorts, so pack your own food, water, and essentials.
📌Best if you bring hammock or tent kay walay rooms didto. Kung dili ka katulog walay foam,comforter,unlan, aircon --- ayaw na adto puyo nalang sa balay.
