In light of the recent earthquake and ongoing aftershocks, and as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of our entire community, please be advised of the following adjustments to our academic schedule and campus access:
1. ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ฒ๐ง๐๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฌ
All classes, for all levels, will shift to Synchronous Online Modality starting Wednesday, October 15, 2025, until Saturday, October 18, 2025.
Students are required to attend classes online at the scheduled time.
2. ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ
To assist Tertiary (College) students in preparing for the upcoming Final Examinations, the campus will be accessible for essential administrative transactions only, under strict guidelines:
๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ: Access is strictly limited to matters concerning documents, payments, and clearance only.
๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Students must complete their transaction and leave the campus immediately upon completion. Loitering or staying on campus for study or recreational purposes is strictly prohibited.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐: Students are only permitted to stay on the Ground Floor of the designated building(s). Access to upper floors or other campus areas is temporarily restricted.
๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: A limited number of students will be allowed to enter the campus at any given time to comply with safety protocols. Security personnel will manage and monitor the flow of entry.
