Your salary/income is a reflection of the value you give to the community!
I've seen a lot of thoughts about salary and income—blaming the economy, politics, genetics, family, luck, fortune, etc. That’s all just fu***ng victim mentality—a way of thinking that makes you feel like you’re always being treated unfairly!
First, you cannot compare salaries from other countries to your own. They operate on a completely different system. Daku kaayo paminawn ang sweldo nimo outside the country because you are converting it into PH Peso—!
Each country’s salary is based on its own cost of living. Suwayi rag gasto na imuhang kita diha sa gawas sa ilang kaugalingong nasud, tan-awon nato kung dato ba ka! Tan-awon nato kung dako ba gyud nang imung sweldo!
This kind of mindset keeps you stuck in a victim mentality—which is exactly why you remain poor.
Develop an abundance mindset instead! No matter where you are—bisan pag naa paka diri sa PILIPINAS—you can still make it!
Work on your skills, work on your mindset, work on what you can give, and work on your WHY—why you are doing what you are doing!
Do you know why a lot of people fall into this kind of thinking? Because it’s the easiest way to escape and justify their situation. SAKTO NA! TRABAHO TAPOLAN!
