Ayaw tawn apil-apila sa inyohang kabuang ang mga pulong sa Ginoo para lang tabunan ang inyong sayop ug pagkahipokrito.

That’s not righteousness.
That’s convenient spirituality—using God’s Word to escape accountability.

Let me get this straight, especially for those who’ve never led anyone in their life:

Leadership is not a title.
It’s not about control, clout, or applause.

Leadership is accountability.
You signed up for the weight, so you carry it.
You carry the cross, just like Jesus did.

Jesus was sent to this earth to save everyone.
He already knew how it would end.
He knew Judas would betray Him.
He knew the pain, the humiliation, the crucifixion.
But still—He showed up. He fulfilled His mission.

That’s the ultimate form of accountability.
He died for someone like you.

Now tell me

If you can’t take pressure,
if you crumble the moment you're called out,
then maybe that’s exactly why ing-ana imong kinabuhi karon.

You blame the system.
You blame your situation.
You point fingers.
You comment on people you don’t even know.

But be honest…

Have you created opportunities for others?
Have you fed a family using the talents God gave you?
Have you ever sacrificed comfort so someone else could rise?

No?

Then maybe just maybe your silence would be more useful than your opinion.

And don’t get it twisted:

Being a leader means taking the LEAD.
If your team fails, that’s on you.
Not them—YOU.

What you allow is what you tolerate.
And what you tolerate becomes your standard.
So if chaos and excuses surround you check your reflection first.

You want the title, but not the weight.
You want the influence, but not the responsibility.
You want the grace, but avoid the growth.

And worst of all?

You hide behind Bible verses, twisting God’s Word to justify your own hypocrisy.

That’s not leadership.
That’s not faith.
That’s delusion.

So next time you speak of God
ask yourself first: Are you living what you’re preaching?

Sorry to Break It to You… But Life Isn’t About Balance

You’ve probably heard this a thousand times:
“Work-life balance.”
Sounds nice, no?
Pero totoo lang... life doesn’t work that way.

Because life isn’t a 50/50 game.
Sometimes, work will take more.
Sometimes, family will.
Sometimes, you won’t even have space to breathe.

And that’s okay.
Life was never meant to be perfectly balanced.
It’s meant to be deeply lived—with intention.

Real talk:
Life isn’t about balance.
It’s about knowing your season—
and being fully present where it matters most.

So stop chasing balance.
Start choosing what’s worth it.

Because at the end of the day,
it’s not about doing everything.
It’s about doing what matters—with your whole heart.

Kasi leadership is not about control, it’s about care.
Kung hindi ka marunong magpakita ng malasakit,
wag mong asahan na susundan ka nila.

3. Problem Solver

If you take ownership, serve with heart,
and solve problems without excuses
you’re not just holding a position…
you’re earning your team’s trust.

Leadership is not about being the best,
it’s about being reliable when it matters most.

A classic example of why many people choose not to fight for the success they truly want—“Di man na madala ang kwarta, kasikat, o kahimsog inig kamatay.” bbobo..

here’s the truth:
You don’t chase success just to bring it to the grave.
You chase it to live a life that matters while you’re still alive.

Because long after you're gone, what stays is the legacy, wisdom, and inspiration you leave behind proof that you showed up for your dreams.

This kind of thinking “na huwag mo na lang pagsikapan kasi di mo rin madadala” tang*. a mindset that kills potential.

And sadly, many believe it’s the “humble” or “realistic” way to live.

But the truth is, there’s a deep kind of fulfillment that only comes from sacrificing for something greater than yourself.

And that feeling is worlds apart from the comfort of simply making excuses.

So don’t live for the grave.
Live for the impact.
Live for the people who will be braver because you dared to try.

Solving the wrong problem. Instead of addressing the root issue which is the high cost of living, they added ₱200 to the minimum wage. Sounds good on paper, but let’s be honest: what will really happen?

From ₱501 to ₱701 per day sounds like a win for employees, right? But here's the catch: businesses will need to adjust. They won’t just accept losses, they’ll pass the extra cost on to consumers. How? By increasing the prices of their products and services.

And guess who’s also a consumer? The same employees. The wage hike will just circle back as higher prices in the market. In short, you gave more money but made everything else more expensive. Walay net gain. It's a cycle that only looks like progress.

What we really need is to lower the cost of living, invest in agriculture, improve local food production, support small businesses, and boost local manufacturing. That’s how you increase the value of every peso earned, without forcing businesses to inflate prices.

Raising wages without fixing the economy’s backbone is like pouring water into a leaking bucket. It’s not just unwise, it’s unsustainable!
