We often see posts on social media saying, โ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข ๐ญ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ด ๐ถ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ ๐ฑ๐ข๐ณ๐ข ๐ด๐ถ๐ด๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฅ,โ hoping for class or work to be canceled. It may sound funny or harmless at first. But for many people, storms arenโt a break โ theyโre a big problem that brings danger, damage, and fear.
In times of calamities, being empathetic to our fellow citizen is more than kindness -- it is a form of strength. It reminds them that their struggles are not ignored and their suffering is not for them to carry alone. When we choose to care, we just not help them carry their loads, but also their hope.
