For those asking how to go about the ONLINE RENEWAL of REGISTRATION, these are important things you need to know:

1) You must already have an LTO Portal account. If you registered last year, most likely you have already an account under LTMS (unless you got lazy as usual and used a fixer, then only the fixer knows your account)

2) You had your vehicle inspected at a PMVIC, so your results are electronically accessible online. If nagpa emission ra ka, you have to go to LTO for vehicle inspection.

3) Your insurance certificate of cover (COC) is legit, so that can be validated by the LTMS system.

4) Log in to the portal using your account, then voila! Print your receipt, keep it in your vehicle. Registration done.

Reading comprehension is a requirement for license. If wala ka kasabot, duda ko gi unsa nimu kuha imu license. Stop asking me questions and please go to the LTO portal. Salamat.

Wa na lagi gamit ang fixer. Drive safely.
